Posted December 20, 2024 NOTICE TO BAN THE USE OF ENGINES, VEHICLES, PLANT OR MACHINERY LIKELY TO CAUSE A BUSH FIRE DURING THE RESTRICTED AND PROHIBITED BURNING TIMES (commonly referred to as Harvest and Vehicle Movement Bans)

A harvest vehicle movement ban has been placed for Sunday, 22 December between 9am and 2pm, and Monday, 23 December between 6am and 6pm for the whole of the Shire of Serpentine Jarrahdale.

Posted December 20, 2024 Temporary Road Closures - Kargotich Road and Orton Road, Oakford

In accordance with Public Notice requirements under the Local Government Act 1995 for long term road closures, the Shire of Serpentine Jarrahdale advises property owners and road users that: • Kargotich Road, between Thomas Road and Orton Road, and • Orton Road, between Kargotich Road and Hopkinson Road will be temporarily closed to undertake pavement rehabilitation and upgrade works to these roads from 3 February 2025 to 30 May 2025.
