Byford Health Hub
The East Metropolitan Health Service (EMHS) has partnered with the Shire of Serpentine Jarrahdale to design and deliver a proposed new health hub in Byford.
The idea for the future Byford Health Hub was first developed as part of local thinking about how to support the Shire of Serpentine Jarrahdale in progressing its vision of Wellbeing and Connected Communities.
The goal of the project is to create an attractive and vibrant place, while helping people make healthier choices and meeting the health and social needs of the community.
