Liquor licence approval (Section 39)

Liquor licences are issued by Department of Racing, Gaming and Liquor. To determine the application, Department of Racing, Gaming and Liquor require a Section 39 Certificate from the Shire’s Environmental Health Services to confirm that the applied building complies with the following Acts:

• The Health Act
• The Food Act
• The Building Act, and
• The Local Government Act
