In accordance with Regulation 12 of the Local Government (Administration) Regulations 1996, the Ordinary Council Meeting and Committee Meeting dates for 2025 are listed below.

Ordinary Council Meetings

Ordinary Council Meetings will commence at 7:00 PM in the Council Chambers, Shire of Serpentine Jarrahdale Civic Centre, 6 Paterson Street, Mundijong. These meetings are open to the public.

Committee Meeting Dates for 2025

Committee Meetings will commence at 6:00 PM in the Council Chambers, Shire of Serpentine Jarrahdale Civic Centre, 6 Paterson Street, Mundijong. These meetings are open to the public.

Audit, Risk, and Governance Committee

Meeting Dates:

• 24 February 2025
• 26 May 2025
• 25 August 2025
• 24 November 2025

CEO Employment Committee

Special CEO Employment Committee meetings will be scheduled by the Presiding Member at a later date to review and set the CEO Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in line with the budget process.
