Disposition of Property

The Shire of Serpentine Jarrahdale hereby provides notice in accordance with section 3.58 of the Local Government Act of the proposed disposal of property by way of lease, as described below;

Property: Whole of Lot 113, 172 Keirnan Street, Whitby

Lessor: Shire of Serpentine Jarrahdale

Lessee: Rebecca Anne Hodgson and Rodney Hugh Lee

Term: Five (5) years with the option for a further term of five (5) years

Consideration: $6,500 per annum (including GST), plus outgoings to be paid by the tenant with an annual CPI review

Market value: $7,095 per annum (including GST) plus outgoings to be paid by the tenant as ascertained by a licenced valuer on 14 January 2025
