The Women's Walk

Looking to get some fresh air and connect with like-minded women? As part of Mental Health Week, we’ve teamed up with the
Sarah Ford Foundation to bring women together in a healthy and meaningful way. Join Sarah, who's the founder of her namesake foundation, for a morning of light walking which will be followed by a coffee catchup - the first coffee is free!
The
Women’s Walk is a free, eight-week program which will take place every Thursday morning for eight weeks. You can come to as many or as little of them as possible, but you must register for each one individually!
You'll meet at the Dome Cafe in Byford, before heading off on your walk. You'll then return to the cafe for some coffee (or tea) and catchups.
Please remember to bring comfortable shoes to walk in, sunscreen, water and a hat.
