Shire of Serpentine Jarrahdale - Disposition of Property

The Shire of Serpentine Jarrahdale hereby provides notice of its intent to dispose of land (by lease) for portions of Reserve 7125/Lot 4395 Keirnan Street, Mundijong.

The lease is between the Shire of Serpentine Jarrahdale and Daimon White ABN No. 39952574267, trading as Daimon White, for a period of two (2) years with the option for a further term of three (3) years, for consideration of $2,468.20 per annum (inclusive of GST) and annual CPI increase, plus outgoings to be paid by the tenant and no further renewal option.

The recent market rental value by a licenced valuer of the land is $5,000.00 per annum net plus outgoings and GST.
