Proposed Permanent Closure of an unnamed road reserve in Keysbrook

In accordance with Section 58 of the Land Administration Act 1997 (WA), Council has resolved to advertise the permanent closure of an unnamed road reserve in Keysbrook. The road reserve is located east of lots 1 to 3 Page Road, Keysbrook

A 35-day advertising period from the date of this notice is provided, during which time submissions will be accepted.

Submissions on the proposed closure must be lodged in writing via e-mail to info@sjshire.wa.gov.au, by mail or in person to 6 Paterson Street, Mundijong, and must be received by 5pm on 24 January 2024.

A plan of the proposed closure is available on the Shires website or on request via email to info@shire.wa.gov.au 

Subject to no objections being received during the advertising period, pursuant to Section 58(1) of the Land Administration Act 1997, the Minister for Lands will be formally requested close the portion of road.
