General Meeting of Electors
In accordance with section 5.27 of the Local Government Act 1995 (the Act), the Shire of Serpentine Jarrahdale General Meeting of Electors will be held in the Civic Centre, 6 Paterson Street, Mundijong, on Monday, 20 January 2020, commencing at 6.30pm.
The order of business will be:
- the 2018-19 Annual Report
- General Business
Electors wishing to vote will be provided with a voting card. These voting cards will be issued to eligible electors from 5.30pm when the Civic Centre will be open.
To enable minutes to be kept in accordance with section 5.32 of the Act, electors are kindly requested, if possible, to provide in writing to the Shire, any Public Questions, Statements and/or Motions to be raised at the General Meeting of Electors, by 2:00pm on Monday, 20 January 2020.
Public Questions, Statements or Motions for consideration can be submitted via email to info@sjshire.wa.gov.au or by using the Public Questions, Statements and Motions forms available on the Shire’s website.
The 2018-19 Annual Report is available on the Shire’s website at www.sjshire.wa.gov.au.
Limited hard copies will be available from 20 January 2020 at the:
- Administration Centre – 6 Paterson Street, Mundijong
- Mundijong Public Library – 10 Paterson Street, Mundijong,
- General Meeting of Electors.
Light refreshments will be available after the meeting.
