How to Vote – Australia's Democracy and You

Join us for a FREE, informative workshop on Wednesday, 05th March, from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Dome Byford, hosted by the Shire of Serpentine Jarrahdale.

This engaging session will help participants—especially those from Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) backgrounds and Both newly conferred and existing Australian citizens—better understand Australia’s electoral process, voting rights, and responsibilities as citizens. Whether you're a first-time voter or need a refresher, this workshop will give you the confidence to make your vote count.

What You’ll Learn:

✔ How the electoral process works
✔ Your rights and responsibilities as a voter
✔ The importance of active citizenship in strengthening communities
