In accordance with Regulation 4 of the Local Government (Regional Subsidiaries) Regulations 2017, notice is hereby given of the proposal for the Shire of Serpentine Jarrahdale, together with the cities of Armadale, Gosnells, Mandurah, South Perth and Shire of Murray, to form a regional subsidiary to replace the Rivers Regional Council.

 The business plan and charter related to the proposal are available for inspection at the Shire of Serpentine Jarrahdale’s Administration Centre at 6 Paterson Street, Mundijong, during normal office hours, or from the Shire’s website at www.sjshire.wa.gov.au.

Submissions about the proposal may be made in writing to the Chief Executive Officer, Shire of Serpentine Jarrahdale at 6 Paterson Street, Mundijong WA, 6123 or via email to info@sjshire.wa.gov.au no later than 5pm, Friday, 11 December 2020.
