Comments are invited for a development application for a Construction of a Commercial Building to accommodate Health Studio (Gym), Swim School and Children’s Play Centre at Lots 22 &18 (813 & 875) South Western Highway, Byford.

The application seeks approval for the development of a two-storey development comprising a gym, swim school and children’s play centre with incidental café as well as associated landscaping, access, signage and parking.

The subject site comprises of two lots with a total site area of 2,929m2. Each lot currently contains a single detached residential dwelling and associated landscaping and outbuildings.

Current access is via crossovers to South Western Highway.
