Comments are sought for a development application received by the Shire of Serpentine Jarrahdale on 23 December 2019 that will be determined by the Metro East Joint Development Assessment Panel.

The application seeks approval to extend the timeframe for when development of an approved Service Station must be commenced by a further three years. The proposal seeks to extend the commencement period up to 29 October 2023.
