Christmas to New Year

Please see the closure period for Shire centres over Christmas and New Year.

Bin collections

• Bins scheduled for collection on Christmas day will instead be collected on Thursday 26 December.

  Bins normally scheduled for collection on Thursday 26 December will be collected on Friday 27 December

  Bins normally scheduled for collection on Friday 27 December will instead be collected on Saturday 28 December.

• Bin collections will then return to normally schedule and there will be no changes over the New Year period.

Damaged, stolen or missing bins

• If your bin has been stolen or is missing, or damaged beyond repair please contact Cleanaway on 9587 4600.
• If your bin has been damaged, we will action your email when we return on Thursday, 2 January 2025.
• Please note repairs may take additional time to action if we receive a large volume of requests.
