It is intended to make a Repeal Local Law

The purpose of the proposed local law is to provide formal revocation of local laws that have long been superseded by State Government legislation and the Shire’s more recent local laws.

The proposed local law gives effect to the Council resolution at the February 2019 Ordinary Council Meeting (OCM027/02/19), removing the obsolete legislation identified during the Shire’s statutory review of local laws.

The proposed local law may be inspected at the Shire of Serpentine Jarrahdale, 6 Paterson Street, Mundijong, during normal business hours.
