Byford Skate Park upgrades – community workshops

Planning has kicked off for upgrades to the Byford Skate Park, but first, we need to hear from you.

What would you like included in the upgrades? Do you have an idea for how we can make this the best skate park for Byford youth?

The Shire will be holding community workshops where residents are encouraged to have their say on the project over the coming weeks.

The first workshop will be held at Byford Skate Park on Tuesday, 7 March, 3.30pm – 5.30pm.

Come along to chat with our skate park designers and be part of the conversation.

Time to hit the trails!

Autumn is a wonderful time to step outside and begin your journey across Jarrahdale’s signature trails.

With summer’s scorching weather in the rear view, you can explore freely with cooler temperatures making for ideal day trips through the jarrah forest.

Many of our local wildflowers will also be in bloom, adding dashes of colour to the bushland backdrop.

We recommend checking out the following trails:

  • Baldwin’s Bluff
  • Jarrahdale Balmoral Trail
  • Stacey’s Loop
